Role Summary
This position leads the case management function by supervising a team of Case Managers and overseeing a busy pipeline of active surrogacy cases. The role is responsible for handling complex case situations, supporting staff, maintaining policy and compliance standards, and helping ensure a smooth client experience throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee, guide, and support Case Managers handling active surrogacy files.
- Review clinic and agency communication to spot issues early and address them before they escalate.
- Offer practical support when working through matters involving clinics, Intended Parents, and Gestational Carriers.
- Help move cases forward by coordinating timely medical clearances and keeping milestones on track.
- Take ownership of higher-complexity or higher-risk cases, including medical disqualifications, communication breakdowns, and personal circumstances affecting progress.
- Monitor, compile, and share monthly performance reporting for the team, including medical clearances, legal clearances, deliveries, and case terminations.
- Make sure all Case Managers consistently apply company procedures, policies, and service expectations.
- Coach and train team members while providing ongoing performance guidance and support.
- Encourage accountability, consistency, and strong case management standards across the team.
- Work with leadership to refine workflows and improve the client experience.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate brings leadership experience in case management, healthcare coordination, fertility, surrogacy, or a similar field, along with strong organization, communication, and coaching abilities.
