Key Duties

The cashier will contribute to a positive customer experience while helping maintain an efficient checkout area and a well-run store.

  • Welcome customers and interact with them in a polite, helpful way
  • Handle payments and register transactions with accuracy
  • Keep checkout stations neat, organized, and free of clutter
  • Prepare and reconcile the cash report at the end of each shift
  • Follow company rules and procedures related to loss prevention, health, and safety
  • Support other store tasks as needed to keep operations running properly

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong customer service abilities
  • Quick and practical problem-solving skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Comfort with standing for long periods and, at times, working outdoors
  • Previous experience with cash register systems is considered an advantage
