Position summary
The hospital is looking for a Cashier with experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). This role is suited to someone who has handled hospital billing and cashiering work and understands healthcare systems as well as patient payment handling.
Key responsibilities
- Process patient billing and cashiering transactions with accuracy and speed.
- Accept and manage payments through cash, card, and insurance-related methods.
- Record all payments correctly in the hospital’s system.
- Work alongside billing and insurance teams to fix any mismatches or billing issues.
- Keep financial paperwork and records organized according to hospital procedures.
- Assist patients with billing questions and provide professional customer support.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospital billing and cashiering within an RCM setup.
- Working knowledge of hospital systems and billing applications.
- Good understanding of insurance workflows and payment processing cycles.
- High level of accuracy with numbers and strong attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Arabic fluency is required.
- Comfort working in a busy healthcare environment.
