Job description

About the Company

LifeSupplyUSA is a fast-scaling e-commerce retailer in the United States, focused on household essentials such as air filters, HVAC filters, extension cords, and home goods. The business sells through Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and other marketplaces, and operates with a lean remote team built around speed, precision, and high standards.

Role Summary

This position is for a Catalog Manager who will take end-to-end responsibility for the accuracy, performance, and day-to-day upkeep of the product catalog across Amazon and other e-commerce channels. The role is hands-on and ownership-driven rather than data-entry focused. You will be expected to catch issues early, correct them quickly, and work closely with the Catalog Operations Lead, Designer, and Sourcing team to keep listings compliant, competitive, and ready to convert.

If a listing becomes suppressed, inaccurate, or underperforming, you are expected to identify the problem and resolve it before it impacts sales.

The role is fully remote and offers a growth path toward Catalog Operations Lead.

Application Instructions

Applications are accepted only by email. To be considered, send your resume to [email protected] with the subject line: Catalog Manager — [Your Name]. In the email body, answer all three questions below:

  • Describe your practical experience managing e-commerce catalogs.
  • Share an example of a suppressed or weak-performing listing you found and corrected. What was wrong, and how did you fix it?
  • Why are you interested in this opportunity?

Submissions sent through any other route, or applications missing answers to all three questions, will not be reviewed. The company is moving quickly, and strong candidates should expect a fast response.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the creation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of product listings across Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Walmart, and other sales channels.
  • Ensure titles, bullets, descriptions, images, A+ content, and backend keywords consistently meet quality standards.
  • Monitor the catalog every day for suppressed, stranded, or flagged listings and fix issues promptly while documenting the root cause.
  • Build new SKU listings from start to finish, including title development, keyword research, image uploads, variation setup, and launch checks.
  • Maintain clean and accurate variation and parent-child structures, and look for opportunities to convert single listings into bundles or multipacks where appropriate.
  • Run keyword audits and update content to improve organic visibility and conversion performance.
  • Review catalog content for accuracy, compliance, and brand alignment, and correct errors in titles, attributes, categories, and backend fields.
  • Coordinate with the Catalog Operations Lead, Designer, and Sourcing team to ensure launches, repackaging work, and content updates are delivered on time.
  • Keep catalog health reporting accurate, including suppression metrics, completeness scores, and content update progress, and share weekly updates with leadership.
  • Take direct execution ownership for approved catalog changes, compliance escalations, keyword improvements, underperforming listings, and SKU-level optimization decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central catalogs is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon listing policies, suppression triggers, and compliance standards.
  • Practical experience with title optimization, bullet copywriting, backend keyword strategy, and A+ content.
  • Knowledge of variation structures, parent-child relationships, and flat file uploads.
  • Experience with Shopify or Walmart catalog management is a strong advantage.
  • Very strong attention to detail and a zero-error approach.
  • Ability to handle multiple SKUs and projects at once while maintaining quality.
  • Strong written English for listing copy and internal communication.
  • Comfort working independently and taking responsibility without constant supervision.
  • Experience using ClickUp, Asana, or a similar task management tool is a plus.
  • Must be committed to a single full-time role.
  • No freelancers or part-time applicants will be considered.
  • No other clients or roles are permitted.

Performance Expectations

  • Active listing suppression rate: 0%.
  • Catalog completeness: 98% or higher, with all required fields filled.
  • New SKU launch accuracy: 100% with no go-live errors.
  • Monthly keyword audit coverage: 100% of the catalog.
  • Standard content updates completed within 48 hours or less.
  • Weekly reports submitted on time without fail.

Growth Path

Catalog Manager → Senior Catalog Manager → Catalog Operations Lead. The company promotes from within and rewards people who take ownership, work accurately, and think beyond their immediate tasks.

Benefits

  • Competitive base pay with performance-based bonuses.
  • 100% remote work.
  • Paid time off.
  • Clear route toward Catalog Operations Lead.
  • Direct ownership of a large, fast-growing catalog.
  • Lean team culture focused on precision, speed, and results.

Important Notes

This is a gross salary arrangement, and the candidate will be responsible for handling their own taxes.

The role requires full-time commitment only, with no freelance work, part-time work, or additional clients/roles.
