About the Role

As a Program Manager for the Kitchen category, you will lead high-visibility strategic initiatives and use analytics to drive process improvements. The role sits at the intersection of business analysis and operational execution, so you should be equally comfortable understanding business needs and improving efficiency.
You will be expected to own and deliver strategic, cross-functional work, collaborate closely with multiple teams, and support data-led operations that strengthen category performance and elevate the customer experience. Strong critical thinking, organization, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, along with a passion for protecting the company’s reputation and making it the preferred choice for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Close assortment gaps by identifying missing selection and monitoring offline brand catalogs to ensure the full relevant range is available online.
- Drive demand generation by partnering with category team members to build marketing calendars aligned to vendor goals.
- Plan and execute tactical as well as strategic initiatives that support the program vision through effective program, operations, and stakeholder management.
- Set team goals and metrics that clearly measure progress, secure stakeholder alignment, and provide regular updates on outcomes.
- Partner with program, supply chain operations, and product management teams to understand requirements and build solutions for broader business challenges.
- Use data and analytics consistently to uncover issues, share actionable insights, and create business cases backed by evidence.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across local and global teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting.
- Experience in negotiations and in delivering measurable results is preferred.
- Ability to work through ambiguity and lead in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication capabilities.
