About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Operations Manager, the Change Manager will lead and embed change initiatives that strengthen business growth, operational maturity, and organisational capability.

The role involves working with leaders, project teams, and other stakeholders to plan, communicate, and embed changes across systems, processes, structures, and day-to-day ways of working. A key focus is reducing disruption, increasing readiness, encouraging adoption, and ensuring change creates long-term value.

This position also supports a culture of continuous improvement by helping teams adopt consistent processes, new tools, and practical ways of working that can scale as the business grows. It is a highly collaborative role that calls for strong change leadership, excellent stakeholder management, and a pragmatic approach to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Help roll out Salesforce as Gallagher Security’s Revenue Operations platform.
• Create and execute practical change plans and strategies that align with business priorities.
• Evaluate change impacts, dependencies, risks, and organisational readiness across programmes.
• Work alongside leaders to improve communication, engagement, and adoption.
• Support teams as they transition to new systems, processes, and ways of working.
• Coordinate training and capability-building efforts with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Set up feedback mechanisms, track adoption, and address resistance or readiness shortfalls.
• Promote continuous improvement and embed effective change practices across the business.

About You

You are an accomplished change practitioner who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and bring others along through transformation.

You build trust quickly, communicate effectively, and know how to guide leaders and teams through shifting priorities, systems, and processes. You are also comfortable managing several initiatives at once, identifying risks and readiness issues, and adapting your style to suit the pace and maturity of the organisation.

Required Experience and Skills

• Experience in change management, transformation, or organisational change roles.
• Strong capability in stakeholder engagement, communication, and coaching.
• Hands-on experience with change planning, impact assessment, and business readiness work.
• Exposure to structured change methods such as Prosci, ADKAR, or similar frameworks.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with a practical, delivery-oriented mindset.
• Confidence working with leaders, project teams, and external partners to drive successful adoption.
