Role Summary

This is a senior on-site leadership opportunity based in Henderson, Nevada, for a proven executive who can guide a fast-growing direct-to-consumer business into its next stage of expansion. The company operates in natural sports supplements and is focused on retail, eCommerce, and international growth. The ideal leader will be hands-on, strategic, and deeply involved in day-to-day execution rather than serving in a distant advisory capacity.

What You Will Lead

In this role, you will own the company’s overall direction, operations, financial performance, and marketing strategy across multiple markets and channels. You will partner with the executive team to build and execute plans that keep the business competitive, innovative, and scalable. Success in this position depends on strong operational control, customer-focused thinking, and the ability to turn strategy into measurable growth.

Core Responsibilities

• Set the long-term vision and business strategy, then translate it into clear priorities for every function.
• Provide direct leadership across departments and encourage a culture built on innovation, teamwork, and high standards.
• Oversee advanced digital marketing activities, with deep experience in paid media and large-scale marketing operations.
• Manage expansion into international markets by building country-specific growth plans while protecting brand consistency worldwide.
• Guide operations end to end, including supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, and customer support, to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Monitor financial performance, protect profitability, control costs, and allocate capital wisely.
• Develop and support the senior leadership team, while strengthening collaboration between marketing, operations, and product groups.
• Work closely with product and marketing teams to ensure new offerings stay relevant to customer needs and market trends.
• Direct global branding, advertising, acquisition, and retention efforts using data and performance insights.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a CEO, COO, or similar senior executive in a profitable high-growth eCommerce DTC business generating more than $100,000,000 in revenue is required.
• Hands-on experience scaling international operations, including logistics, supply chain, and fulfillment infrastructure.
• Strong background in planning and executing marketing strategies across global markets, especially digital acquisition and brand building.
• Proven ability to drive profitable growth in fast-moving business environments.
• Track record of leading high-performing teams and collaborating across functions.
• Solid understanding of eCommerce platforms, technology, and consumer buying behavior.
• Analytical, data-oriented approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
