To support this next phase, the company is hiring a seasoned Chief Operating Officer to help establish the operational base and guide execution across the most important business areas.
Role Summary
This leadership position partners closely with the executive team to build operating structures, improve internal processes, and advance the company’s overall growth plan. It is best suited to a practical, high-accountability leader with solid commercial judgment, strong operational know-how, and a track record of managing teams in fast-moving settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and roll out operating plans that support company goals.
- Set up processes, systems, and performance measures that can grow with the business.
- Lead day-to-day operations and keep work moving smoothly across departments.
- Recruit, guide, and motivate strong teams while encouraging a cooperative culture.
- Contribute to planning, budgeting, and allocation of resources.
- Spot opportunities to raise efficiency, output, and profitability.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and keep them aligned with organizational priorities.
- Work with executive leaders on business growth and development initiatives.
- Track operational risks and put prevention or response plans in place.
- Represent the company in important partner and stakeholder conversations when required.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of steadily increasing leadership and operational management experience.
- Background in senior leadership, executive operations, or comparable business leadership roles.
- Strong grasp of organizational growth, process enhancement, and scaling a business.
- Proven success leading distributed and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in energy, infrastructure, technology, or similar sectors is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or other advanced qualification is a plus.
