Job description
Company Overview
Color Glo International is a worldwide specialist in restoring and repairing leather, vinyl, velour, cloth, and hard plastics across automotive, aircraft, marine, and furniture segments. Its ISO 9001:2008 certification highlights a consistent focus on quality, dependable outcomes, and customer satisfaction for franchise partners and end users. The business addresses common interior damage such as worn or faded upholstery, headliners, burns, and damaged plastic or composite moldings, while continuing to grow its international franchise network and surface-restoration solutions.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a closely related discipline; an MBA or similar advanced qualification is an added advantage.
