Role Overview
Ulwelling Consulting Ltd is seeking a senior executive to lead day-to-day operations and strengthen the company’s ability to execute business strategy effectively. The Chief Operating Officer will focus on operational discipline, better processes, and strong coordination across functions to support long-term growth and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct everyday business operations and make sure company activities run smoothly.
- Put operational plans into action so they support the organization’s overall goals.
- Track business performance and keep operations running efficiently.
- Review, refine, and standardize internal workflows, systems, and procedures.
- Improve quality and consistency across all operational functions.
- Lead initiatives aimed at continuous process and performance improvement.
- Manage and coordinate operational teams across different departments.
- Support workforce development and performance management efforts.
- Encourage clear communication and collaboration throughout the organization.
- Oversee important projects and ensure delivery is on time and to a high standard.
- Coordinate resources between teams to meet operational objectives.
- Support client service delivery and overall execution of operations.
- Assist with budgeting, cost control, and responsible spending.
- Optimize how resources are allocated and used across the business.
- Maintain efficient use of company assets and operational resources.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant industry standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline; an MBA is preferred.
- More than 20 years of professional experience in operations management or a related field.
- At least 15 years of senior management experience in large organizations or consulting firms.
- Prior experience in a COO, Operations Director, or similar senior leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of business operations, process improvement, and organizational management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to oversee complex operations in fast-changing business environments.
- Operational strategy and execution strength.
- Ability to lead teams and drive performance.
- Skill in improving processes and increasing efficiency.
- Capability to coordinate across functions and departments.
- Strong risk management and decision-making skills.
- Sound business judgment and a high sense of accountability.
Preferred Background
- Experience working with consulting firms, multinational companies, or large enterprises.
- Background in leading large teams or multi-project operations.
