Role overview

This is a full-time remote Chief Operating Officer position focused on keeping daily business operations running smoothly while making sure they stay connected to the company’s long-term goals. What you will do

Qualifications

You should have a solid background in operations leadership, including process improvement, allocating resources wisely, and working effectively with multiple teams. Strong analytical thinking is important, along with the ability to draw conclusions from complex information and use data to guide decisions. Experience with finance, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and performance tracking is also needed. This role suits someone who has led remote or distributed teams and communicates clearly with people at all levels. Prior executive or senior operations experience in a growing organization is preferred. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related discipline is required, and an MBA or similar advanced qualification would be an advantage. You should also be comfortable driving change, managing stakeholder expectations, and reinforcing a culture of accountability and inclusion.
