About the Role
Zurich North America is looking for customer-focused, energetic, and self-driven professionals to join its Claims Call Center team beginning in early August 2026. The role is centered on helping customers through the first steps of the claims process, and selected candidates will complete a six-week training program that is fully remote.
The company serves a broad range of customers, from individuals and small businesses to large enterprises and multinational organizations. This opportunity is open only to candidates who live in the United States, with preferred time zones of CST, PST, and MST.
What You Will Do
- Handle first notice of loss claim reports submitted through phone and non-phone channels, making sure they are processed accurately and on time.
- Work through more complex claims questions and issues, escalating or involving the right people when needed to deliver clear guidance and effective support.
- Coordinate with both internal teams and external contacts to share information, confirm details, and resolve questions or problems efficiently.
- Share suggestions and observations that can help improve the quality of customer care across the team.
- Follow established procedures and uphold company risk and compliance standards in daily work.
Shift and Work Arrangement
- This is a fully remote position, including training.
- Work schedule is an 8-hour shift within operating hours of 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, Central Standard Time.
Pay and Benefits
- Hourly pay range: $17.79 to $21.64.
- Short-term incentive bonus eligibility: 5%.

Training
New hires receive a detailed six-week training program to prepare them for the role.
Work From Home Requirements
