Cleaner - Commerce City

Role Overview

Velociti Services is hiring a Cleaner to work on-site at client locations in Commerce City, Colorado. In this role, you will support day-to-day commercial cleaning operations and handle routine custodial and janitorial work such as mopping, dusting, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and removing waste.

What You’ll Do

• Carry out standard cleaning duties including vacuuming, dusting, edging, sweeping, and mopping.
• Clean and replenish restrooms and break rooms as needed.
• Wash windows and other surfaces assigned by the team lead or supervisor.
• Collect trash and move it to the designated disposal area.
• Work closely with teammates and assist with additional tasks when required.
• Step in to help during staffing shortages and support punch-list completion.

• Carry out assignments as part of a team and keep the work area orderly.
• Accept supervision and respond appropriately to direction.
• Communicate respectfully and professionally with leads, supervisors, coworkers, managers, and customers.

• Keep guest experience and safety at the center of daily work.
• Build respectful working relationships with teammates and guests.
• Take direction from the Cleaning Lead, Supervisor, or Manager.
• Coordinate with other internal teams when needed and participate in team meetings.

Physical Demands

• Lift boxes and packages weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Frequently bend, squat, stretch, and handle boxes, parcels, and shipments.
• Climb small to medium stairways several times per day.
• Stand for long periods.
