Role Purpose

In this position, you will deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience, placing the client’s needs at the center of every interaction. The role requires you to understand customer expectations, build lasting relationships, and act as a trusted ambassador for the brand.

You will communicate the brand’s philosophy and values to customers and help guide them through the Prada universe. You will also take ownership of your personal sales results and contribute to team performance while ensuring outstanding service across both in-store and digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a warm, attentive environment where each customer feels valued and their requests are handled with a high standard of care in line with the client journey process.
  • Work toward and surpass individual sales goals while helping drive the overall success of the store.
  • Strive to exceed KPI expectations through strong selling performance and consistently high service quality.
  • Maintain strong product expertise, including knowledge of Prada’s heritage, identity, culture, and product offering.
  • Record customer information in the company CRM to strengthen relationships, personalize service, and identify future opportunities.
  • Support and promote an omnichannel approach to client engagement.
  • Stay up to date on luxury fashion trends and competitors so you can advise clients with confidence and credibility.
  • Manage customer concerns and complaints, coordinating with the line manager and Client Service team when needed.
  • Handle products carefully and always uphold the highest standards of respect for merchandise.
  • Use digital tools effectively to deliver a seamless and connected luxury experience.
  • Conduct client appointments in person or virtually, depending on the situation.
  • Partner with the back-of-house team, support daily store operations, and help maintain an orderly stockroom.
  • Follow company procedures related to operations, stock handling, security, cash management, inventory, logistics, and reporting, ensuring required tasks are completed proactively.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues, communicate openly and constructively, and contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture.
