Your role
We are seeking a Client Advisor in Doha, Qatar to serve Kazakhstan clients within a fast-moving Wealth Management environment. The role suits someone who thrives on challenge, brings a strong ownership mindset, and is motivated to contribute to growth while delivering an excellent client experience. The position also calls for sound risk management judgment.
- Develop, strengthen, and expand relationships with clients in the HNW/UHNW segment.
- Use an extensive network and proven acquisition capability to bring in new HNW/UHNW clients.
- Work closely with investment products and solutions colleagues to deliver trustworthy advice.
- Create and execute a client book development plan with measurable results.
- Bring experience in relationship management, asset gathering, and investments, ideally with 2–5+ years in a client-facing position.
- Maintain a solid understanding of financial markets and the relevant regulatory environment.
- Build durable client networks with an entrepreneurial approach.
- Operate as a resilient, collaborative, and highly service-focused team member.
- Show comfort with digital tools and technology.
- Keep records accurate, complete, and current.
- Adhere to all regulations, policies, and standards in line with a strong risk management culture.

You will join an established Doha-based team that supports HNW/UHNW clients. The group is committed to preserving, managing, and growing client wealth, while also helping clients plan for succession. The team supports employee development through training and ongoing learning so advisors can better serve clients and continue to grow professionally.
Your expertise
- At least 5 years of proven Private Banking experience as a Client Advisor working with FIMs, MFOs, and Fund Managers, or directly with HNW/UHNW clients.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and the regulatory framework.
- High awareness of risk and a strong focus on quality standards.
- Entrepreneurial drive with the ability to expand a strong client network.
- Resilient team-oriented mindset with a client-first service attitude.
- Ability to use digital tools and technology to improve efficiency and client service innovation.
- Fluency in English plus Kazakh or Russian to support the regional client base.
