Job description
Overview
This position is part of ManpowerGroup Singapore and is centered on generating fresh business. The main goal is to create new client revenue by actively prospecting, reaching out to leads, and building market presence across Singapore.
The focus is on opening new doors, securing new logos, and then taking responsibility for developing those accounts after the win.
What you will do
- Target companies that are not yet part of the current client base
- Create a healthy sales pipeline through cold calling, outreach, networking, and market-facing activity
- Connect with businesses that are expanding into or setting up in Singapore
- Initiate discussions with key stakeholders such as HR, talent acquisition, and business leaders
- Turn prospects into active client partnerships
- Manage and grow client relationships after the deal is secured
What you will work with
- Workforce solutions including permanent placements, contract staffing, and talent pipeline support
- In-house delivery teams that help with fulfilment while you continue to own the client relationship
What you bring
- Background in business development, sales, or agency recruitment
- Strong ability to prospect and build pipelines through direct outreach
- Proven experience in winning new accounts or acquiring new clients
- Self-driven approach with the ability to work independently and build opportunities from the ground up
- Understanding of the Singapore market is helpful
