About the opportunity

A luxury hospitality and client services business is looking for a seasoned consultant to help tighten operations, improve the client journey, and make revenue-related workflows run more smoothly. This engagement is suited to an independent professional who enjoys building structure, refining service processes, and supporting growth through organized execution.

The consultant will partner with ownership and other key stakeholders to raise operational efficiency while helping deliver a smooth experience from the initial client inquiry through service completion.

Scope of work

  • Improve how leads and inquiries are handled
  • Support client qualification workflows
  • Recommend suitable property and service matches
  • Coordinate contracts and related documentation
  • Strengthen client communication processes
  • Increase visibility into the revenue pipeline through reporting
  • Identify and improve operational workflows
  • Share ideas to enhance guest and concierge experiences
  • Help define escalation and issue-resolution processes
  • Create and standardize process documentation
  • Recommend KPI tracking and reporting approaches
  • Assist with coordination across teams and functions

Qualifications

  • Background in hospitality, luxury services, client operations, property management, or business operations
  • Well-developed organization and project management abilities
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Comfort with spotting inefficiencies and proposing practical improvements
  • Experience balancing several priorities at once
  • Good problem-solving judgment
  • Ability to work independently and produce results
