Role Summary
The Client Partner, Enterprise is a full-time hybrid position based in Singapore, offering a mix of client-facing work and remote flexibility. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, supporting organizations as they work through major challenges in leadership, culture, talent, execution, and overall performance.
You will partner with executive stakeholders to lead strategic discussions, uncover business priorities, assess organizational needs, and shape solutions that produce measurable results. The position requires the ability to connect business problems with FranklinCovey’s leadership, culture, and performance offerings in a way that builds long-term client relationships and delivers lasting impact.
You will also work with consulting, delivery, and marketing teams to create customized client strategies, develop persuasive solution approaches, and support effective implementation. Success in this role depends on strong commercial judgment, a consultative mindset, executive presence, and the ability to influence senior decision-makers in complex environments.
In addition, the role includes ownership of strategic opportunities, account expansion, pipeline health, and relationship-building across important industries to strengthen market insight and drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to enterprise clients and senior leadership teams.
- Lead high-level business conversations to uncover priorities, pain points, and transformation opportunities.
- Assess organizational needs and align them with relevant leadership, culture, talent, and performance solutions.
- Work with consulting, delivery, and marketing partners to shape tailored client strategies.
- Develop compelling proposals and solution narratives that support client buy-in and implementation.
- Manage strategic sales opportunities and help grow key enterprise accounts.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and disciplined forecasting process using CRM tools.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with executive stakeholders across targeted industries.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and influence senior decision-makers.
- Monitor market and industry trends to deepen client conversations and improve opportunity quality.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, consulting, or business development.
- Professional background in management consulting, leadership development, learning and development, HR consulting, organizational development, or culture transformation.
- Demonstrated success in growing strategic accounts and delivering against revenue goals.
- Strong consultative selling ability, especially with C-suite and HR executives.
- Experience turning business challenges into practical organizational, leadership, culture, or talent solutions.
- Comfort handling complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Excellent business judgment, executive presence, and presentation skills.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven and able to work independently in a hybrid setup.
- Disciplined approach to pipeline management and forecasting in CRM systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
