- Support membership growth through targeted outreach and relationship-building activity.
- Develop and maintain productive connections with regulators, government bodies, and other important stakeholders.
- Design and roll out initiatives that improve member engagement and participation.
- Deliver high-quality support to partners and members so that the overall service experience remains smooth and reliable.
- Work with internal colleagues to deliver events, programmes, and other services to a high standard.
- Act as a CISI representative at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
- Draft and present updates on membership growth, engagement activity, and stakeholder relationships.
- Help deliver budget expectations while encouraging greater adoption of CISI qualifications.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for growth and development.
- Take part in regular member and stakeholder engagement at events.
Required Attributes

- Well-developed organisational ability and the resilience to manage competing priorities.
- Accuracy, sound judgement, and a practical approach to solving problems.
- A proactive, upbeat mindset with a strong drive to achieve results.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to work independently.
- Comfort working both autonomously and as part of a high-performing team.
- Arabic language skills are essential.
- Background in financial services, a professional body, or the education sector is preferred.
Integrity and Professional Conduct
The role requires a consistent commitment to ethical behaviour, transparency, accountability, and adherence to CISI’s code of ethics and professional standards in every interaction.
