Please note that this position may not be available in all geographic locations. The role operates on a schedule of Saturday-Wednesday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST, or Monday-Friday, 11:30 AM to 8 PM EST. This position may be eligible for remote work in approved locations, requiring a dedicated, secure, and confidential home workspace. Occasional in-office presence may be necessary based on business demands. PNC does not offer sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this role.
Job Description
The Client Solution Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive sales, service, and execution support for both new and existing client relationships. Key duties include gathering and verifying necessary documentation, ensuring accuracy of client information, and processing common tasks in compliance with standard regulations and procedures. This role may also involve administering implementation plans and serving as a primary point of contact for clients, client teams, and service partners, escalating issues as needed. The specialist will maintain and update client and account details in relevant systems, generate reports, and may provide general administrative support.

Additional Information
Pay Transparency: The base salary range for this position is $37,500.00 to $75,000.00 annually. Actual salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual qualifications, experience, and education.
