Role Overview

This position is for a Chief Technology Officer based in Singapore with a hybrid work setup that includes partial remote flexibility. The role is responsible for shaping the technology direction of the organisation, overseeing the full software development lifecycle, and ensuring technology efforts support broader organisational objectives. The CTO will help steer product development, define technical design, and coordinate IT initiatives to drive scalable and effective outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

The CTO will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions that are both practical and scalable, while also supporting innovation and operational performance.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar discipline is preferred.
• Experience or strong capability in software and web development, UI/UX design, and product development.
• A solid foundation in project management and IT strategy.
• Ability to design technical architecture and work on system-level solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams and coordinating cross-functional work.
• Strong analytical thinking, with sound judgment in problem-solving and decision-making.
• Exposure to emerging technologies and innovation-focused work is advantageous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for working with varied teams and stakeholders.
• Prior leadership experience in a technology-led organisation will be considered an added advantage.
