Role overview
This is a full-time, on-site Co-Founder position in Nagpur. The selected person will partner with the other founders to define the business vision, build and refine the operating model, and drive execution across product, operations, and go-to-market work. The role combines strategy with hands-on delivery and requires someone comfortable working across multiple functions.
What you will do
- Work with the founding team to clarify the company’s direction and turn ideas into an actionable plan.
- Research markets and customers to identify opportunities and validate product-market fit.
- Help design and evolve the product roadmap based on customer insights and business priorities.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives to create demand and grow the customer base.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Represent the company in meetings, events, and investor discussions.
- Set up internal workflows and processes that support efficient execution and growth.
- Contribute to hiring, team development, and broader company-building efforts.
- Manage budgets, priorities, and resources with an eye on sustainable scaling.
Desired qualifications

- Practical sales experience, including finding leads, managing pipelines, and closing business.
