Role Overview

This is a full-time remote Co-Founder position based around the Greater Kolkata Area. The selected person will work closely on the company vision, product direction, and market entry strategy, with a strong emphasis on building something that truly helps Gen Z job seekers. The role involves researching users and the market, reviewing platform outcomes, and improving the product and user experience over time. It also includes leading sales and partnership efforts with employers, colleges, and communities, along with supporting investment-related conversations and engaging with advisors, investors, and strategic partners.

Responsibilities

• Help shape the company vision, roadmap, and go-to-market approach.
• Study user behavior, market shifts, and platform metrics to guide product decisions.
• Continuously refine features and the overall user journey based on feedback and data.
• Lead outreach and relationship-building with employers, universities, and community groups.
• Participate in investor conversations and support fundraising-related efforts.
• Represent the brand in discussions with advisors, investors, and other key stakeholders.
• Work independently in a remote setup while taking ownership of outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong analytical thinking and research ability to understand users, market trends, and product performance.
• Ability to pitch ideas to investors; experience with pitch decks is a plus.
• Must be financially self-supported; self-employment is required.
• Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration and external representation.
• Experience in startups, product development, or platform building is highly valuable.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and making decisions backed by data.
• Willingness to handle ambiguity, take responsibility, and work with a mission-first mindset.
• Educational background in business, marketing, technology, or a related area is preferred, though equivalent hands-on experience is also acceptable.
