About the role

The Credit function develops and scales lending capabilities that support international growth. It handles the full product journey, from backend infrastructure through to customer-facing experiences, using market knowledge, risk expertise, and technical accuracy to build safe and locally relevant solutions.

Revolut is hiring a Collateral Manager Property Valuer to help supervise the mortgage valuation framework. This role involves managing the valuation panel, carrying out independent property valuations, and contributing to statistical modelling and collateral management tooling.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor internal property valuation activity.
• Assess the quality of valuation reports delivered by external property valuation firms.
• Work with other teams and provide guidance on real estate and valuation-related topics.
• Study and interpret the real estate market.

Required profile

• Holds a CIS HypZert (S) real estate valuer qualification, MRICS, or an equivalent credential.
• Understands real estate market specifics, applicable legal rules, and recognised valuation standards.
• Can assess property values quickly and with professionalism.
• Brings strong analytical ability and can clearly summarise information.
• Works well both in a team and independently when planning work.
• Communicates effectively.
• Learns quickly and shows responsibility, initiative, and interest in innovation.
• Pays close attention to detail.
• Has a higher education degree.
• Is fluent in both English and German.
