About the Role
DiaServ is looking for a senior commercial leader to join its executive team and steer the company’s overall growth strategy. In this role, you will bring together multiple commercial functions and guide them toward stronger revenue performance, better market positioning, and improved business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and roll out commercial strategies that support growth across the business.
- Lead the teams handling Medical Sales, Corporate Sales and Contracting, Marketing, Insurance, and Government Relations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expansion avenues in the market.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with government bodies and healthcare partners.
- Manage tender submissions, contracting processes, and public procurement activities.
- Oversee commercial budgets, forecasting, and profit-and-loss performance.
- Define, track, and improve KPIs to encourage a strong performance-driven culture.
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
- An MBA or other advanced executive qualification is preferred.
- 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in commercial leadership.
- At least 5 years in a senior executive position such as Director, Vice President, or C-level leader.
- Solid experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or insurance.
- A demonstrated record of winning government tenders, negotiating commercially, and delivering revenue growth.
- Strong ability in leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management.

Candidates with substantial experience in the Saudi healthcare sector and government tendering landscape will be given preference.
