Role overview
Etoile Group is hiring a Trainee to begin a career in the luxury retail sector. In this position, you will work closely with the brand management team and contribute to reporting, research, analysis, administration, and documentation tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with reviewing data and performance metrics to support decision-making.
- Prepare reports and presentation materials for internal meetings and strategy discussions.
- Work with different teams to help deliver brand-related initiatives.
- Support market research by identifying trends, customer preferences, and the competitive environment.
- Handle general administrative work such as file organization, report management, and coordination of team activities.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in business or an equivalent field is required.
- Applicants should have a strong interest in fashion or luxury.
- Strong Excel skills are needed, and experience with data analysis tools will be an added advantage.
- The role requires the ability to collaborate effectively in a busy, fast-moving setting.

- This is a temporary contract position with a duration of 6 months.
