Role Overview
Toro Marketing Group is hiring a Communications Associate to help drive both internal and external messaging efforts. This role is well suited to someone who wants to build experience in marketing, public relations, brand development, and client interaction while contributing in a team-based workplace.
What You’ll Do
- Support outreach efforts and communication campaigns from planning through execution.
- Help prepare, organize, and share marketing and promotional content.
- Act as a link between teams, clients, and other stakeholders to keep communication flowing smoothly.
- Assist in maintaining a consistent brand voice and image across different channels.
- Handle administrative duties and project support tasks as needed.
- Share ideas that could strengthen communication approaches and audience engagement.
What You Need
- Strong spoken and written communication abilities.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time well.
- Comfort working collaboratively in a team setting.
- Careful attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related area is preferred, though not mandatory.
