Role overview
Corlann South East is seeking motivated, positive people who enjoy supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and who are dedicated to helping the people they support live as full and satisfying a life as possible.
This position is a permanent, full-time post based in a day service environment. The working arrangement is 78 hours per fortnight.
What the role is about
Community Access Facilitators help people build confidence, independence, and the skills needed to move toward their personal and career aspirations. The role focuses on supporting adults with disabilities to take on meaningful social roles such as student, employee, volunteer, neighbour, and friend, while recognising them as equal citizens.
You will work with adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism, alongside key staff, nominated circles of support, and multidisciplinary team members. The work follows a person-centred approach and aligns with the New Directions principles of person-centred support, community inclusion, active citizenship, and quality services.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay is offered on a competitive scale of €36,291 to €52,406, pro rata.
- Annual leave entitlement is 22 days.
