The role is centered on a rapidly expanding global Web3 ecosystem and is focused on growing, supporting, and scaling active communities across the United States. You will help connect builders, creators, and users through digital participation as well as meaningful on-the-ground activations.

- Plan and run community-led activations such as workshops, meetups, and events in major regions across the United States.
- Spot potential community leaders, coach them, and enable them to drive local initiatives and regional participation.
- Work with internal stakeholders to set event goals, define target audiences, and establish measurement criteria for success.
- Own the full delivery cycle of community programs, including planning, budgeting, logistics, vendor coordination, and post-event reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and share community-oriented content that stays aligned with broader engagement goals.
- Contribute strategic ideas to improve engagement programs and support overall ecosystem growth.
- Act as a representative of the organization in community environments while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive, and collaborative presence.
Requirements
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in community management, community engagement, or ecosystem development.
- Hands-on experience managing both digital and in-person communities, preferably in Web3 or blockchain settings.
- Strong planning and coordination abilities, with comfort handling several initiatives at once in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Good understanding of Web3 ecosystems, including DeFi topics such as staking, DEXs, lending, and liquidity protocols.
- Proven ability to develop relationships and keep communities active and engaged.
- Experience working across functions and aligning different stakeholders around common goals.
- Willingness to travel often and adjust working hours when events or activations require it.
- Strong interest in community building, inclusive participation, and decentralized technology.
