Job description
Role overview
Power International Holding is looking for a meticulous Compliance Analyst to help strengthen compliance across core business operations. This position is centered on reviewing workflows end to end in SAP and checking that day-to-day practices remain consistent with internal controls, regulatory obligations, and accepted industry standards.
What you'll do
- Evaluate processes and activities for adherence to company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Perform detailed functional checks across Supply Chain, Finance, HR & Payroll, Commercial, and Cost Control areas.
- Look into compliance concerns, exceptions, and policy breaches, and help drive resolution.
- Share review findings clearly and follow up to make sure corrective measures are completed.
- Keep monitoring and tracking records updated so audit evidence is complete and traceable.
- Suggest practical improvements to strengthen compliance and streamline processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and organized records for review and audit purposes.
- Track compliance trends and performance using monthly scorecards.
- Support the rollout of compliance awareness and training activities.
- Review existing policies and propose updates to close identified compliance gaps.
- Keep pace with changing regulations and evolving industry expectations.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 5 years in compliance, risk, or audit roles.
- Hands-on knowledge of Supply Chain, Procurement, and Vendor Management processes.
- Solid understanding of Finance, Accounting, and Cost Control operations.
- Practical exposure to HR & Payroll compliance matters.
- Mandatory experience working with SAP or similar ERP platforms.
- Good grasp of risk management and compliance frameworks.
- Strong ability to analyze information, prepare reports, and communicate findings effectively.
- Experience in the GCC region will be considered an added advantage.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Logistics is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
