Role Overview
Grand Hyatt Singapore is looking for a guest-focused Concierge to support the Damai wellness team. In this role, you will be the first person guests and members turn to for guidance, helping them discover services, experiences, and offerings across the hotel and Damai.
Your day-to-day work will include handling reservations and bookings, responding to membership-related questions, and anticipating guest or member needs so each interaction feels smooth, thoughtful, and memorable.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main contact for hotel guests and Damai members.
- Recommend suitable wellness services and experiences based on individual needs.
- Coordinate bookings and related arrangements.
- Support and respond to membership enquiries.
- Take a proactive approach to resolving guest and member needs quickly and professionally.
Eligibility and Requirements
Applicants must be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents because of Singapore’s foreign worker work pass quota restrictions. Candidates should have completed GCE O Level or a higher qualification.
Prior customer-facing experience of at least 6 months is required, ideally from a hotel, spa, commercial gym, yoga studio, or another wellness-oriented setting. The right candidate should genuinely enjoy wellness, want to help others improve their wellbeing, and present themselves neatly and professionally.
Strong communication and people skills are important, along with the ability to connect easily with a wide range of guests and members. You should also be organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Singapore.
