About the Role

In this position, you will create a positive experience for customers while keeping the store clean, well stocked, and inviting for guests. The role is fast-moving and requires strong time management, the ability to juggle multiple tasks, and a customer-first approach. OTR also highlights its food range and barista coffee offering as part of the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service and support a welcoming customer experience.
• Maintain a store environment that is tidy, stocked, and presentable at all times.
• Work efficiently in a busy setting while handling several tasks at once.
• Promote the store’s products and specials as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with others or work independently when required.

Candidate Profile

• Strong commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Able to remain on your feet for extended periods and handle moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
• Available for flexible shifts, including late nights, early mornings, and weekends.
• Willing to learn about and actively promote the product range and special offers.
