Role Summary

This full-time, on-site position is for a Construction Foreman in Abu Dhabi. The selected person will be responsible for directing day-to-day site work, coordinating construction teams, and helping ensure that the project stays aligned with technical requirements, safety rules, quality expectations, and scheduled deadlines. The role also involves working closely with engineers and other stakeholders to keep operations efficient and productive.

Key Duties

• Supervise daily site activities and keep construction work organized and on track.
• Lead crew members and coordinate their tasks to support smooth project execution.
• Check that work follows approved specifications, quality benchmarks, and safety procedures.
• Monitor the use of heavy equipment directly or through supervision to ensure safe and effective operation.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other professionals to resolve site issues and maintain progress.
• Support completion of finishing work and other civil construction activities as required.

What the Role Requires

• Practical knowledge of finishing works and core civil engineering concepts.
• Experience in quality control, including the ability to inspect work against technical standards.
• Ability to oversee or operate heavy equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong communication skills for day-to-day coordination with teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with hands-on experience managing construction crews.
• Solid understanding of construction safety rules and site practices.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is the minimum education requirement; additional training or certification in construction management or civil engineering is an advantage.
• Previous supervisory experience in construction is required, preferably in the UAE.
