Role overview

Gallup is seeking a Consultant in Riyadh to guide organizations through complex business challenges and turn them into measurable improvements. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor and project lead, combining commercial insight, a strong focus on outcomes, and the ability to help clients strengthen their workplace culture and drive lasting change.

How you will contribute

• Serve as a credible adviser who identifies client needs that may not be openly stated and recommends practical, inventive solutions.
• Build strong working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal colleagues.
• Handle pressure well, manage difficult discussions professionally, and keep moving forward through setbacks.
• Lead client projects end to end by planning work, setting expectations, coordinating resources, and keeping scope and deadlines on track.
• Support and develop project team members with a people-first leadership style.

What we are looking for

• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory; a master’s degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of consulting experience.
• Strong command of spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Saudi nationality is required.
• Ability to travel for at least 75% of the time and to work from the Riyadh office two days each week when not traveling.
• Evidence of leading projects that delivered positive outcomes for client accounts.
