Consultant Radiologist

Role overview

We are looking for an experienced Consultant Radiologist to join a forward-thinking healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi. This position calls for deep expertise in medical imaging, accurate diagnostic evaluation, and strong collaboration with physicians and other clinical specialists to support treatment decisions and improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Review and interpret a wide variety of imaging examinations, including X-rays, CT scans, MRI studies, and ultrasound scans.
• Share clear and timely radiology findings with referring doctors and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Follow safety regulations and ensure imaging work is carried out to high quality standards.
• Take part in case reviews and contribute to clinical case discussions.
• Support and mentor junior radiology team members.
• Keep knowledge current through ongoing learning and professional development in radiology.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Radiology.
• Active and valid medical license.
• At least 5 years of experience working as a Consultant Radiologist.
• Strong understanding of diagnostic imaging methods and procedures.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Ability to function effectively in multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
