About The Team
The Content team operates at a fast pace, focusing on artist storytelling and cultural relevance. We quickly identify opportunities and transform ideas into engaging, shareable, and culture-driving creative content. This is a highly collaborative setting where every team member contributes creatively, offering a chance to learn rapidly, propose ideas, and significantly shape work that excites artists and captivates audiences.
Your Role
As a Content Assistant, you will support content across various campaigns, working closely with artists, managers, and creative teams. This role provides ample opportunity for rapid learning, idea contribution, and shaping content that genuinely connects with fans.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with content managers to support the daily execution of content campaigns for artists.
- Edit engaging and disruptive content tailored for online artist resonance.
- Assist in the planning and execution of photoshoots and video shoots, providing on-set production support.
- Manage content scheduling, obtain necessary approvals, and organize the content library.
- Monitor cultural trends and identify emerging opportunities for the team.
- Provide support in compiling data for performance reports.
- Assist with campaign administration, including raising purchase orders, tracking budgets, and completing pitching forms.
- Coordinate with artists, managers, and internal departments for meetings, brainstorms, and shoots.
- Oversee the social media management for Warner Records and Parlophone.
About You
- Possess a strong passion for music, internet culture, and audience engagement trends.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently at a high pace.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit for working with artists, managers, and creative teams.
- Be creative with a keen eye for fresh, entertaining, and shareable content ideas.
- Show enthusiasm for learning, taking initiative, and confidently contributing ideas regardless of seniority.
- Be detail-oriented and reliable, ensuring smooth behind-the-scenes operations.
- Have a passion for social media and content creation's role in artist career development.
Desirable Skills
- Proficiency in iPhone video shooting.
- Experience with CapCut for video editing.
- Strong caption writing abilities.
