Job description
Role overview
We are looking for an entry-level Creator to work remotely on a part-time basis. This opportunity is open to candidates outside the United States, and the expected workload is about 10 to 35 hours per week if selected.
The team is seeking curious, driven, kind, and ambitious people who understand Gary Vaynerchuk’s content well and have a strong command of social media. The ideal candidate is someone who can spot what works across platforms, turn ideas into engaging posts, and bring creative value to the brand.
This role suits people who enjoy making content that travels quickly across the internet, from viral short-form videos and memes to design-led visuals and platform-specific storytelling. Applicants can come from a variety of backgrounds, whether they are early in their careers or bring years of creative experience.
What the role involves
You will be creating content that is emotionally engaging, goal-driven, and tailored to Gary Vaynerchuk’s brand. The work will involve reshaping branded material into a high volume of social-ready assets, including clips, GIFs, graphics, photos, stories, and written copy.
You will work with both video and static visuals, such as photography and short clips, and convert them into assets suited for different audiences and platforms. Collaboration with platform and strategy teams will be part of the job, along with adapting content quickly to match trends and campaign needs.
The position also requires strong editing, design, and writing ability, using professional software and social media tools to produce content efficiently. You should be comfortable working quickly, exchanging feedback, and keeping a positive, proactive approach while coordinating with teammates.
Candidate profile
Applicants should use social media actively and know how to create for it. Strong ability in at least one area—such as design, video editing, or social media copywriting—is important, and the role welcomes people with other strengths across creative disciplines as well.
You should have either formal education in videography or design, or comparable hands-on experience. All applicants must be ready to share recent examples of content from their social media work or accounts.
The ideal candidate shows clear enthusiasm, curiosity, and practical experience making content for platforms such as X/Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, mobile creator apps, and in-app editing tools is expected, along with a willingness to keep learning better and faster ways to create social-first content.
Professionalism, accountability, strong communication in English, and a collaborative, empathetic attitude are also important for success in this role.
Hiring process and employment notes
The next step in the process is a content creation challenge. Candidates should check spam or junk folders for updates. Selection is handled on a rolling basis, and qualified applicants may be contacted later when hiring needs arise. The next stage will include a timed content creation challenge.
The employer follows equal opportunity hiring practices and does not discriminate on the basis of gender, pregnancy, marital or civil partnership status, gender reassignment, race, disability, sexual orientation, religious belief, part-time or fixed-term status, age, or any other legally protected characteristic.
This is an entry-level role with remote work and part-time scheduling. The posting also notes that recruiting is for roles outside the United States.
