As a creator at VaynerMedia, you will function as a strategic and creative thinker, storyteller, and executor. This position is ideal for a creator with a strong interest in pop culture and a deep understanding of social media, particularly current TikTok trends. A genuine passion for social media, especially TikTok, is essential; you should be an active user who identifies trends, understands platform best practices, and is adept at creating content. Familiarity with the platform's tools and their effective use is expected, with production experience being a valuable asset.

You will be hands-on, managing the entire creative process from conception to completion. Your ability to translate ideas into engaging content across various social and digital platforms, respecting platform-specific nuances and best practices, will be key. You should be capable of producing diverse content formats, including static images, videos, and GIFs. While independent work is important, collaboration with creative partners to conceptualize and execute their ideas is also expected. You will learn to craft content for brands at both a micro-level and for larger campaign initiatives.

• Develop and execute creative content strategies for social media platforms, with a primary focus on TikTok.
• Conceptualize and produce engaging visual and video content tailored for various digital formats and platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts to life and support broader campaign objectives.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent visual aesthetic, including color palettes, textures, typography, and branding elements.
• Manage the end-to-end content creation process, from initial ideation and brainstorming to final delivery and execution.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends in pop culture, social media, and digital platforms to inform content creation.
• Adapt content for different formats, including static images, short-form videos, and motion graphics.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for various projects.
• Receive and incorporate feedback constructively from team members and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.

• Demonstrated expertise and in-depth knowledge of the TikTok platform and other relevant social media channels.
• Proven experience in designing digital and social media assets across various formats and platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite, specifically After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• A strong aesthetic sense with meticulous attention to detail in visual content creation.
• Ability to independently manage creative projects from conception through to completion, as well as collaborate effectively with partners.
• Excellent conceptualization and brainstorming capabilities.
• Capacity to follow direction and provide/receive constructive criticism.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Deep immersion in culture and a passion for the pop culture landscape.
