Role summary
As a content creator, you will combine strategy, creativity, and hands-on execution to produce engaging social-first content. The role is especially suited to someone who is deeply immersed in pop culture and highly fluent in TikTok, including trends, creators, tools, and platform best practices. You should be comfortable developing content from concept through final delivery and adapting ideas for different social and digital formats.
What you will do
You will create content for brand and campaign needs across static, motion, and video formats. The work requires both independent ownership and close collaboration with creative partners. You will help bring original concepts to life, shape visual direction, and support the execution of other creatives’ ideas. The role also calls for understanding how to develop content at a detailed brand level while contributing to broader campaign thinking.
Key expectations
The position calls for strong platform knowledge, especially on TikTok and other social channels, along with the ability to design across formats and tools. A refined visual eye is important, including sensitivity to colour, texture, treatment, font choice, and brand consistency. You should be able to carry projects from initial idea through completion, respond well to direction and feedback, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
