Role overview

The Content Creator will develop content for a range of digital channels while staying aligned with the brand’s identity and audience expectations. The position involves producing written, visual, and multimedia assets that support marketing goals and audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and create content for social platforms, websites, blogs, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
  • Build concepts, storyboards, scripts, captions, and other creative content ideas.
  • Capture, edit, and publish photos, videos, and graphics as needed.
  • Work closely with the marketing, design, and media functions on content projects.
  • Organize content calendars and oversee publishing timelines.
  • Make sure all output stays consistent with brand standards and communication goals.
  • Study industry developments, audience interests, and competitor activity.
  • Improve content for stronger engagement, reach, and platform results.
  • Review analytics and suggest changes based on performance insights.
  • Assist with campaign rollouts, promotions, and brand-building efforts.

Requirements

  • A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, Design, or a similar discipline.
  • At least 1–4+ years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Hands-on experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Basic ability in photography, videography, and video editing.
  • Familiarity with content and design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or video editing software.
  • Understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and engagement tactics.
  • Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and organizational ability.
  • Capability to handle several priorities and work to deadlines in a fast-moving setting.

Preferred profile

  • Experience producing short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Exposure to social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Experience supporting influencer campaigns or brand partnerships.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates content creation work is strongly preferred.
