Role overview
This part-time, on-site position in Brisbane, Queensland is focused on creating and producing photo and video content for the Conceptual Brands portfolio, education programs and events. The role reports to the Marketing Manager and works closely with the Social Media and Digital Manager.
The successful candidate will plan, shoot and edit content for both business-to-business and direct-to-consumer audiences, tailor assets for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and contribute to the company’s wider digital marketing efforts with high-quality visual storytelling.
What the role involves
- Develop original content ideas and turn them into polished photo and video assets.
- Produce content that is designed specifically for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
- Capture and edit imagery and video for digital campaigns and brand storytelling.
- Support marketing activity across the brand portfolio, education initiatives and events.
- Use content performance insights to improve creative output and assist with monthly reporting.
- Work across multiple brand identities while keeping each one visually distinct and on-brand.
- Balance several projects and deadlines in a small, fast-moving team environment.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders while also being able to work independently when needed.
Required experience and capabilities
- Hands-on experience with content planning, production, shooting and editing for digital channels.
- Confidence creating native content for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva and video editing software.
- Good understanding of digital marketing, including awareness building, engagement and performance tracking.
- Ability to adapt creative style for multiple brands and different audience types.
- Skill in using analytics and performance data to guide content decisions.
- Strong time management and organisation across concurrent projects.
- Comfort in both independent and team-based work settings.
- Experience or interest in fashion, beauty or hair is desirable.
