Mediacorp Pte Ltd is looking for a Social Media Content Producer who can bring ideas to life through engaging video-first content. The role suits someone who follows platform trends closely, enjoys shaping stories for digital audiences, and can create work that feels current, distinctive, and audience-led.
What you will do
You will create social content for the company’s audio brands and help manage the flow of content across channels with a strong ownership mindset. The role calls for both creative execution and an overview of the full content pipeline, so the content output remains consistent, engaging, and aligned with brand goals.
Responsibilities
- Plan and produce strong social media content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and similar channels.
- Work with personalities and talent to develop entertaining content that stays true to the brand.
- Manage social channels and maintain content calendars.
- Coordinate with other content teams to keep the wider content pipeline active and compelling.
- Follow social media trends and new content formats to ensure posts remain fresh and relevant.
- Create captions and copy that encourage audience engagement and interaction.
- Review content performance and refine tactics using analytics and insights.
- Interact with followers by replying to comments and engaging with the online community.
- Support paid social campaigns as well as organic growth efforts.
- Keep up with the latest platform algorithms, tools, and best practices.
- Bring forward ideas for campaigns, promotions, and recurring content series.
Requirements
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in communications or a related discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in content production, social media management, or a similar position.
- Comfort and proficiency in using platform tools and analytics features such as TikTok Analytics and Instagram Analytics.
- Hands-on experience with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or equivalent software.
- Working knowledge of SEO and social analytics tools is an advantage.
- A creative mindset with a strong sense of current trends and pop culture.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet demanding deadlines.
