Role summary
The Contingent Workforce Officer will manage the day-to-day administration of contingent workers, ensure accurate system records, support contract and invoice processing, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies. The role also involves maintaining compliance, improving operational processes, and keeping leadership informed about workforce movements and any related business impact.
Key responsibilities
- Handle the full administrative cycle for contingent workers, including hiring, transfers, changes in assessments, exits, onboarding, and agency payments.
- Prepare contingent workforce agreements in line with the framework contracts agreed with vendors.
- Maintain accurate records in SAP SuccessFactors and related contractor files.
- Raise purchase orders, track pending approvals, and resolve incorrect or unpaid invoices.
- Review and authorize invoices submitted by agencies.
- Act as an administrative point of contact for internal teams such as Purchasing, Recruitment, Accounts Payable, and Cost Control.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities for contingent workers and monitor the invoicing process for effectiveness.
- Store and update all contractor information, including contracts, assignments, and performance-related data.
- File and manage contingent workforce evaluation (SQR) documents in both contractor records and SAP.
- Track expenditure against available purchase order funds and produce related reports.
- Share local best practices with team members to help strengthen execution.
- Keep the CWF Specialist informed about mobilization status and any possible impact on the business.
- Suggest improvements to processes within the role, such as hiring, data accuracy, and invoicing workflows.
- Provide feedback to team members on agency performance, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure agency contracts and contingent workforce documentation comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Salary range: INR 3,75,000 to 6,50,000 per year.
