About The Opportunity
DMI, LLC is seeking a Continuous Improvement Analyst to go beyond traditional quality review. This role involves modernizing reporting structures, leading process documentation, and actively driving improvements. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, expert-level data proficiency, and the interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with government stakeholders and a distributed project team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality control reviews to ensure compliance and collaborate with project managers to address any findings.
- Modernize and maintain reporting structures, dashboards, and quality metrics to enhance visibility.
- Perform analysis to identify issues, root causes, and process gaps, translating these findings into actionable recommendations.
- Lead the development of process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Quality Control (QC) workbooks, and scoring criteria.
- Apply Confluence best practices to maintain a well-structured and up-to-date team knowledge base.
- Create training materials and job aids to ensure consistent application of quality standards across the team.
- Act as a facilitator for working sessions, building consensus around proposed process changes.
- Continuously assess team tools, templates, and workflows for potential enhancements, proactively prototyping and implementing improvements with stakeholder approval.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, business analysis, process improvement, or PMO support.
- Proficiency in Power BI, SharePoint Lists, advanced Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modeling), Jira workflows and dashboards, and Confluence.
- Exceptional written communication abilities, capable of crafting clear communications for executive, technical, and government audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams, build rapport with government clients, and lead productive working sessions.
- A proactive self-starter with a history of identifying opportunities and taking initiative.
Preferred Qualifications
- Possession of PMP or PMI-ACP certification.
- Familiarity with PMBOK and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Background Requirements
Must possess or be eligible to obtain and complete a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance. US citizenship is required.
