Job description
Role overview
This part-time Continuous Improvement Manager position is based in Dubai and follows a hybrid working model, so you will split your time between on-site work and working from home.
What you will do
You will review current processes, spot inefficiencies, and propose practical, data-backed changes that improve operational performance across initiatives. The role includes workflow mapping, setting performance metrics, working with stakeholders from different functions, and putting continuous improvement methods and tools into practice.
You will also track progress, record successful practices, and run workshops or training sessions that help build a stronger culture of operational excellence. In addition, you will partner with leadership to keep improvement efforts aligned with business goals and to support long-term results.
Required background
The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience in business process improvement and process optimization, with a clear record of finding bottlenecks and applying effective fixes. You should be comfortable using analytical methods such as data interpretation, root-cause analysis, and performance tracking.
Experience with operational excellence programs and continuous improvement approaches such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen is important. A background in operations management is also useful, especially if you have coordinated multiple stakeholders and supported change across teams.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline is expected. Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma are a plus. Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills are needed, particularly in diverse, multicultural settings. You should also be able to work independently, manage priorities in a part-time schedule, and adapt well to a hybrid arrangement. Familiarity with process mapping tools and data analysis software will be an advantage.

This is a part-time opportunity. The role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and the working model is hybrid.
