Job description

Role overview

This contract position supports strategic procurement and contract administration work within a supply chain environment in Dublin. The role focuses on managing contracts through the tendering and approval cycle accurately, while keeping processes efficient and compliant.

The assignment is a rolling 6-month contract and is paid at €40,960 per day pro-rata.

Key duties

  • Work across teams such as Asset Delivery, Finance, Procurement, Insurance, Legal, CMS, and other stakeholders to help contracts move smoothly through approval and execution.
  • Own the day-to-day progress of contract workflows and help keep timelines on track.
  • Issue contracts, follow up to ensure they are returned on time, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders where needed.
  • Keep both digital and physical records, reports, forms, and related documents organized in line with Irish Water procedures and templates.
  • Assist with developing additional value-added services for existing customers and supporting services for new customers.
