Role overview
An established workforce solutions company is hiring an experienced Contract Administrator to support an airfield electrical project at Perth Airport in Western Australia. The position sits within a major airside infrastructure program and involves work across Aeronautical Ground Lighting (AGL), electrical installations, control systems, commissioning, and selected civil works.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and keep contract administration and day-to-day administrative processes running smoothly.
- Maintain systems used to track both financial and non-financial business unit information.
- Ensure business practices align with applicable Trade Practices obligations.
- Work within defined financial parameters and controls.
- Prepare, reconcile, and submit invoices to clients.
- Contribute to tender preparation and pricing in line with company procedures.
- Assist in building team capability when needed.
- Monitor and manage stock levels.
- Support revenue tracking and cost control activities.
- Compile and prepare month-end reports.
Candidate profile
The ideal applicant has 2 to 3+ years of experience as a Contract Administrator in the construction sector. Strong written and verbal communication skills are important, along with a sharp eye for detail. You should be comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and able to work independently while also contributing effectively in a team environment.
