Job description

Role overview

This position supports a regional group of Commercial Account Executives by making sure orders and related documentation follow company rules and legal requirements. The role involves regular coordination with teams across APAC and EMEA, including Sales, Deal Hub, Consulting, Events, Legal, and Order Management.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle incoming support requests from Sales, CFS, Controller, Deal Hub, Corporate Pricing, contract negotiators, Corporate Legal, Consulting, Events, Client Compliance, and similar teams.
  • Organize and prioritize the shared Outlook inbox so messages are addressed according to urgency and importance once approvals are in place.
  • Review and release order submissions in Salesforce, checking that they are complete, accurate, and aligned with standard contract rules.
  • Support Sales through Salesforce case handling so customer data used in contract creation is accurate.
  • Hold signing authority for order agreements while ensuring full adherence to the legal empowerment framework.
  • Confirm that any exceptions to standard policy, including legal wording changes, non-standard service descriptions, unusual pricing, and non-standard billing terms, have been approved.
  • Carry out special assignments and ad hoc tasks needed to meet business demands.
  • Work with the manager and global colleagues to improve processes and introduce better ways of working.
  • Prepare clear internal communications and coordinate with the global Contracts team, Client Financial Services, and Sales to complete the above work.
  • Support the Contract Manager by serving as a first point of contact for Sales queries related to contracts, escalating more complex matters when needed.

Requirements

  • At least 2 to 4 years of experience handling contracts, working with client legal and procurement teams, or supporting order management/sales operations.
  • Strong negotiation ability, both spoken and written.
  • Prior exposure to Salesforce is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong English communication skills in both writing and speaking.
  • Experience dealing directly with clients and sound commercial judgment.
  • Very strong attention to detail.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Solid understanding of contract handling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Responsible, adaptable, and able to work with urgency.
  • Capable of working effectively with a remote multinational team.
  • High standards of integrity and work ethic.
