As a Controller, you will play a pivotal role in the business management of our branches. You will create transparency, analyze key performance indicators, and support management in making informed decisions. With your analytical perspective, numerical understanding, and close connection to operational business, you will actively contribute to the economic development and stability of our company.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support management and branches with business administration questions, establishing a solid basis for decision-making.
  • Generate evaluations and analyses for our locations, deriving concrete recommendations for action.
  • Prepare monthly reports and conduct variance analyses, implementing necessary corrections.
  • Develop key performance indicators and integrate organizations, processes, systems, and locations into a cohesive, scalable unit.
  • Actively drive the further development of our reporting and key performance indicator systems.
  • Assist with annual planning and monitor company objectives in collaboration with management.

Your Qualifications

  • Possess a completed commercial apprenticeship with a focus on controlling or a business administration degree with a specialization in finance.
  • Have several years of experience in controlling or a comparable role.
  • Demonstrate excellent Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and evaluations.
  • Ideally, have experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Navision and Power BI.
