Role overview
This position is in a kitchen environment in Leipzig, Saxony, with a focus on preparing meals for children and maintaining high standards in food quality, hygiene, and workplace safety.
What you will do
- Prepare and cook food items as required.
- Help design and develop the menu for young guests.
- Pack children’s meals in a way that makes them ready for transport.
- Handle all preparation and follow-up tasks before and after cooking.
- Maintain smooth kitchen operations, production workflows, and ingredient usage in line with the quality management system.
- Follow hygiene rules and occupational safety requirements at all times.
- Check incoming goods and monitor storage conditions according to HACCP guidelines and the internal manual.
Working hours
Working days are Monday to Friday. Start time is either 06:00 or 07:00, with shifts ending around 14:30 or 15:30.
Your profile
- You have completed formal training as a cook and bring several years of professional experience.
- You have strong awareness of service quality, standards, and customer needs.
- You enjoy preparing meals that are suitable for children.
- You are motivated and committed to your work.
